Blanca is the premier white party in Western Australia. Jennifer Hawkins, Miss Universe 2004, was its special guest last Sunday at the Matilda Bay. With the event’s strict dress code, she wore a custom made Tony Maticevski white dress. She was impeccably stunning and radiant during the night.
